Refunds and exchanges:
I hope that you will love your purchase as much as l loved making it! All sales are final, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. The returned item must be shipped back to us, and we will only refund items once the returned item has been received. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the shipping cost of return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from date of purchase for item of equal or lesser value. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
All items leave my shop in perfect condition and are securely packaged. However, in rare uncontrollable incidences, accidents can happen during the shipment process. A free replacement is available if your item has arrived damaged. I must be notified within 48 hours of delivery (either by sending me a message via Etsy or by emailing me directly at , of any damage in order for you to receive a replacement. If an item has arrived damaged, it helps us tremendously if you can take and send a photo of the item so that we can see exactly how it is broken.
